Rakim’s New Video Garns 2 Million Views in 1st Day

SMC Recordings Inc., in a non-traditional marketing approach, premiered Rakim‘s video “Walk These Streets” on an exclusive digital viewing on January 5th via World Star Hip Hop.com, the number one outlet for urban media.

In the first 24 hours of its showing, the video drew close to 2 million views and continues to create an electric reaction from World Star viewers (nearly 4 million views to date). The urban media giant draws close to an astonishing 4 million unique visitors and will showcase the Rakim video premiere exclusively for 5 days.

“Walk These Streets” features Brooklyn rapper Maino and is the first video from Rakim’s Billboard chart topping album “The Seventh Seal.”
